I’m one of those people that generally don’t suit jumpsuits but I love them and always imagine wearing them just never actually do. Until today that is.

Just a bit of background information for you, I bought this particular one last winter in the Christmas sales from Jack Wills (literally the only piece I own from there) and it was £14. Also a size 14uk. When I tried it on at home it did fit, however not very well. Let’s just say the seams on the sides of my thighs were close to bursting and the lowest button on the front was stretched so far when closed that you could see my belly through it.  As for my arms, well I couldn’t really raise them above my head without cutting into my ‘GUNS’ if I may! So, understandably it moped back into my wardrobe for ‘when I lose weight’ which is a constant goal of mine, unfortunately.

Turns out, I’ve actually managed to lose a bit of weight… a combination of being super busy for the last few months and generally falling asleep through mealtimes! Whilst I’m sure the weight will creep back on at some point during the rest of this year, at least for now I can wear this damn jumpsuit that I bought for £14 that isn’t even that nice, or comfortable! Just picture my toilet breaks, not practical is all I can say. I think my Kurt Geiger trainers and Zara jacket have turned it into a somewhat fun look, but other than that I feel like a proper mum in this ‘SIZE 14’ look.

I live for your blog posts!! You look amazing MA

The denim jacket certainly revamps your full outfit and makes it even more fun and breaks up the colour and print of the jumpsuit xo

Do you know Dina I love jumpsuits too. I like that their easy to style. Like depending on the jumpsuit style. You can just chuck them on & vola . You have a pretty feminine look or smart professional look.

But I personally feel if I was to wear jumpsuits. No matter if I go 2 sizes big and wear a belt. I feel like you see my muffin belly . So I would have to wear spanx which I dont like wearing. I’m 24yrs old gonna be 25yrs this yr and dont want feel like bridget jones lol.

How on earth can you be a size 14??? I don’t believe that 1 bit. I reckon the size was wrong or they made it too small. I don’t believe for 1 second your a 14. You cant be more that a 12 if even that. Im 29 and a mum of 3 and unfortunately im a 14 on a normal day. Your beautiful Mash’Allah. Don’t get so down.

There’s nothing wrong with being a size 14, to whoever thinks it is unfortunate or a bad thing. Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes, and there is not only one body type for every size 🙂 Dina, you look great! Not mumsy at all.

Dina what I liked about you is your ability to be real. You don’t pretend to be anything you are not and usually show things for how they are however clearly from the shots you’ve decided on including on this post you’ve focused more on trying to look slimmer than to show a realistic relatable outfit idea for e.g. I would’ve liked you just standing normally so a realistic view of the jumpsuit is seen..all the shots are so strategically posey, not a realistic view of how it really looks I in summary you decide to name this post “size 14” but model it cleverly so you look slimmer so all your fans wished they looked slimmer *confused* pls don’t lose what is likeable about you Dina, don’t be pressured to fulfil a standard that this corrupt media system tries to imprint on all ..pose naturally and even if you look bigger than you want so what?? Own it….. your character and personality speaks for itself wish you focused more on that then your weight issues ..
